What’s interesting here is that each plan offers a version with and without drugs which is somewhat unusual.  Most people will need drug coverage unless you have it through VA or some other plan that will allow you to keep it as well as having a Medicare Advantage plan.  The Advocare Vitality RX plan is unique in that it has zero co-pays for services, but along with that comes a nice sized premium.  At this cost, be aware of what Medicare supplements cost.  With a Medicare supplement plan F you will also have no out of pocket costs except for the premium; however, you are not restricted by the HMO!  You can find more information on the plans by visiting the Advocare website.
