These offerings give you plenty to consider when choosing your coverage.  None of these plans jump out at me as outstanding value!  Be aware of the Elements plan which does NOT offer drug coverage.  Between the other three plans I would probably avoid the Prestige Plan.  It carries a hefty price tag, and the coverage is really not that outstanding for the price.  Since these plans are HMO’s you want to make sure that you verify that your providers are in the plan’s network!
